The common people think that hackers and other crooks look to steal the information of well established businesses or people that are famous. However, this is quite a wrong a perception. The fact is that hackers look for the low hanging fruit that they can effortlessly enjoy without much of a risk. This is the reason that the online criminals seek to get information about the common people such as employees, students or similar low profile citizens. The best sources of getting such data are schools, universities and small companies’ database that are not properly secured or they are not enough educated regarding the problem of information security. There are some certain reason why such less tech savvy organizations loose common, but, critical information.
Hack attacks
Hackers are the one that proves to be the most devastating for for data security of the technophobic organizations. Hackers use different techniques to make their way through to the companies’ database that have negligible or no security measures to secure records. As per records, almost one out of every four hack attacks on school or college database gets successful. That is how high the success rate is for hackers. Surveys and researches also have revealed that the data breach in the result of a hack attack is the most expensive ones.
Loss of data storing devices of mobile computing devices
One of the basic sources of leaking data is through the loosing portable data storing drives like USB flash drives or mobile computing devices such as laptops, tabs or smartphones. Whether you take USB drives, laptops, tabs or smartphones, all these gadgets have the immense capability of storing information and are always at risk of getting lost or stolen. Portable drives have the potential of getting lost due to its small size, on the other hand, other portable computing devices are in the hit list of thieves as they are expensive gadgets. A stolen laptop will not only hurt in terms of just the price of the laptop, but, it would it will hit a harder blow if you have priceless information saved in it. That is why, whenever you store any sort of records in your laptop, make sure you password protect it with Folder Protect.
Insecure Practices
There are some practices that can impose a huge threat to data security. Practices such as sending unencrypted emails, using unsecured WiFi connections, keeping easy and simple passwords and some other practices. What if an encrypted email that you intended to send to your colleague, but, mistakenly sent to someone else? Human error can never be taken out of the equation. Unsecured WiFi connections act as an open door for the hackers through they can easily access your private information. Passwords act as the first line defense for your data, you need to set up complex and hard to guess passwords that have a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters along with numbers and symbols.
These are some of the ways through which the data of common people are leaked by less tech savvy organizations.

How-to-password-protect-a-folder
Cyber criminals have now turned their faces towards cell phones as they know that there are very few password protected folders. The majority of the mobile devices such as smart phones or tablets are just waiting to be attacked by hackers. They really do not have any sort security barriers in the way towards their database. The mobile devices have been targeted by millions of malicious apps that can compromise your sensitive information. These devices are exposed to a number of threats and the users are responsible for that.
Problems
Lack of Password Usage
It has been observed that very few users seem to use password protection. Although, the majority of the mobile devices has the capability of password protecting files and folders, but, users use these facilities quite seldom. Now, users can set PIN or pattern or some orthodox passwords, but, still they avoid doing so. Moreover, even if the users use passwords, whether PIN, patterns or the ordinary password, they look to set up such generic passwords that are extremely easy to guess. Such as PINs like 1234, 0000 or passwords like 123456, 12345 and similar.
Unsecured WiFi
Unsecured WiFi connections are also a big source of leaking information. The emails sent using such unprotected hotspot; it is usually unprotected and can be compromised during transition. Any program that is sending your emails without encryption that easily be extracted out while they are the move towards the recipient.
Infectious Applications
One of the biggest problems for computer users around the world is that there are many programs that can infect your computing device. People cannot actually trust the third party mobile applications and computer software. The reason for is that there can be malicious programs disguised in shape of games, utility apps or software and similar. Therefore, you have to be sure that the app or software you use is authentic and is safe to use. These kinds of infectious programs can compromise your delicate information.
Outdated Operating Systems
The use of outdated versions of can be injurious regarding your data’s security. The companies produce newer versions of operating systems not just for the sake of earning, but, also they resolve the issues that respective operating systems have. These loopholes in the operating systems can be with respect to the security. Some of the Android’s versions have been vulnerable regarding information security, so, using such OS is like inviting trouble to harm you.
Outdated Security Programs
A big problem that security experts have observed in computer users is that even if they keep some security program in their mobile devices of computers, they do not update it. Keeping outdated software is almost useless as it has not been equipped to fight against the latest threats that evolve every day. Hackers sharpen their tools daily and work to develop more and more sophisticated malicious software. So, in order to Password Protect Folder, you need to keep your security programs up to date, whether they are of computer of mobile devices.
The above are some of the reasons due to which computer users suffer data security issues. Opting for password protected folders, avoiding unsecured WiFi connections to sign in personal accounts, ignoring unknown third party apps and updating your OS as well as security programs can keep your information easily secured.

People find it difficult to face difficulty or the truth so they tend to lie more and more. They think that lying will save them from the trouble and they can easily fool anyone with their art of lying. And, they actually get away lying times and that is because many of you do not know the indications that the person talking to you is lying. Here are some of signs that you might notice that the person in front of you is lying.
Eye Contact
If you are talking to a person and he is not maintaining eye contact with you, it is the sign that he might be lying. If the liar is aware of the fact that he has to maintain the eye contact in order fool you, he may stare at your face in the most awkward manner that will give you an obvious sign that the person is not stating the facts. The reason of such odd staring is his/her effort of maintaining eye contact deliberately.
Use of Contractions
Another thing that you might notice is that when a person is lying, he would avoid the use of contractions. For example, if the person is saying “I didn’t spend my money on gambling” he would say “I did NOT spend my money on gambling”. He will try to emphasis on the part he is lying about as in the example the liar is emphasizing on NOT.
The Exaggerated Information
You can figure out that the person is lying to you if he is providing the unnecessary information. In order to prove his or her statement right, the liar provides needless information that he thinks it could support his lie and give it a pinch of concreteness. This redundant groundless information may backfire to the liar. If you ask that person to repeat the whole story he has stated, he will find difficulty in doing so and story he will tell later may contradict with the first one.
Eye Movements
The normal reflex of a right handed person is trying to recall something, his/her eyes move up to the left side. Whereas, if a right handed person is lying, his/her eyes will move up in the opposite direction. Similarly, left handed people move their eyes up in the right side and move up on the left side while they are telling a lie. A person that is not telling the truth tends to blink eyes more than normal. The time span of the blink might be longer than normal and he/she may rub his/her eyelids to cover the truth.
These are some of the indications through which you can judge a person that whether he/she is telling the truth or not. But, these expressions are not visible when someone is lying online. A liar online can be a hacker that can harm you more than your imagination by stealing your personal records. For the purpose, no matter how skillful you are in pointing out the liar, you will not be able to. The wiser step is to opt for software that can Password Protect Folders; it will not allow the hacker to extract out your personal pictures, videos or documents.

There was an interesting report released by Symantec in 2012 regarding the incidents of data breaches that took place in California. The report consisted of the known trends of data breach that are observed globally. The statistics that were mentioned in that report can be taken in broader sense and can be compared to the national and international facts and figures of data breach. For example, every data breach occurred is not a huge one, computer users is affected more by the small data breaches large in numbers. The report of California’s data breach incidents of 2012 shows that on an average, about 22,500 residents get affected, on the other hand, globally, a data breach incident affects about 28,765 people. There are usually not more than 5 to 8 “mega data breaches” that compromise the information of more than 100,000 people.
It is always difficult to compare results, the similar case is with the facts and figures of the information leakage report of California and the global results of data breach. But, it is very easy to observe that the overall trend of data breach is on the increasing side. When you hear the word ‘data breach’ you often think of hackers and you think rightly so as 55 percent of the information got leaked of California users was due to the interference of any unauthorized users whom you can call hackers. The rest of 45 percent of data breach was the result of a combination of stolen or lost data storing devices, sending emails to the wrong person and other similar carelessness.
Here, if you compare the results of California’s data breach to the global statistics of information leakage, you will not find much of a difference between the outcomes of the both. Online criminals have contributed hugely in international data breach as they were responsible for about 41 percent of the records compromised. After the hackers’ attacks, human factor compromise about 33 percent of the information. Almost 26 percent of the data breached due to infectious systems. That means the trend of leaking information in California in 2012 was quite similar to the global trend.
The reason of such miserable situation of information security in California was the lack of measures of data security. In 2012, about 2.5 million residents if California were affected in 2012, and more than 1.4 million users out of them did not have any sort of security barrier to protect their records.  If they had gone for some kind of measures that could Password Protect Folders, the result would have been completely different then. Protecting your data is your basic responsibility, you cannot blame hackers or other powers that want to steal your data. As you secure your dear assets such as your car, your home or any other assets, you have to take some steps to make sure your information remains safe. You have to be aware of the fact that the information you have is the most precious asset, if it gets leaked, it can make you suffer some heavy losses for a long period of time.

Businesses are seen to be sued by the customers on losing their information that caused the business heavy legal consequences and also lost their goodwill. To make your business grow, you ought to make some effective strategy to secure your precious customers’ data.
Regular Audit of Data Security
You should hand over the responsibility of examining the data security measures to the experts. You ought to be aware of the amount of data you need of the customers, collecting irrelevant information of your clients will only increase the burden of securing it. Assign a person for the purpose of keeping an eye on data security, who is responsible wholly for your clients’ data security.
Keep Data that is Necessary for Your Business
A simple principle of keeping as less information as possible is that, the more data you will have, the difficult it would be to secure. If an incident of data breach occurs, it will bring your company a number of difficulties such as legal obligations, fines, loss of goodwill and others. You ought to be very well aware of your capacity of keeping your records secure, having more data than your capacity can push you into trouble.
Take some Security Measures to Secure your Data
In this era of technology where thieves have such sophisticated tools to commit crimes, you need to be sure the weapon you are using is effective. Simple firewalls or orthodox methods of locking and hiding data will not help your cause. You have to go for some reliable security measures that can Password Protect Folders. Password protecting folders will not allow your data to be leaked with an ordinary hack attack. Hackers will not be able to fetch out confidential data out of your password protected folders.
Notify Customers
The percentage of customers very low that read business’ legal document. Your customers’ expect you to tell them the important points that they should be careful about. You need to communicate the purpose of having your customers’ data and forbid them to enter any sort of information on an unreliable destination. Make your clients aware of the fact that if some incident of data breach occurs, what emergency steps they ought to take.
Give Customers the Authority
Customers actually like to enjoy authority, you give them the option to choose the sort of security they want to have for their records and they may get happy from inside. You have to make your clients feel that you are not selling them, rather than you are serving them. Customers are innocent, they want themselves to be treated like someone special and they get loyal to the businesses that give them that feeling.

Internet security is too complicated, but, yet all the individuals and companies have to manage it. No matter you are an individual, an entrepreneur or an owner of a multinational firm, your sensitive information is always at the risk of getting stolen. Where technology has a million of perks, it also has some real drawbacks such as it has provided criminals a safer platform to bully people and make deprive them from their precious assets. Here are some of the tips that can help you in securing your data.
Use of Firewall
A firewall is one of the most basic kinds of security barriers, which are used for securing data. It is a type of software that makes a wall kind of thing between the hardware and the network. It allows only a certain types of files to pass through it. For instance, a firewall may allow you to browse the internet and check your emails, but, it may not allow for you to share windows files that are sensitive to your data security. If you connect yourself with the digital life of the internet via a router, which means you have hardware firewall that does not allow random networks to reach your database.
Use of Data Security Software
Data security software is a must have in the current era of technology when your data is 24/7 at the risk of getting breached. The conventional techniques of locking and hiding are not effective anymore as the hackers of this are too clever and sophisticated to tear apart these kinds of securities. Using software that can Password Protect Folders and then setting strong passwords that are easy to remember, but, tough to guess. A complex combination of upper and lowercase letters along with numbers and symbols can act as a strong password for your data.
Keep Your Portable Data Safe
As technology has made progress, it has made everything mobile. A couple of decades back, companies required huge stores to save their data as they were all in hard copy and used to occupy huge spaces. But, as the technology made to develop almost every data became digital and became extremely convenient to keep them. But, where the mobility of data facilitated the users to carry data around, it also has imposed some real threats to data security. Small data storing devices that are capable to store data in terabytes are prone to getting lost or stolen. Every year, thousands of USB flash drives get misplaced that result in a number of records compromised.
Keep yourself up to date
Computer users are meant to keep themselves up to date from the latest kind of malware and the techniques used by cyber criminals to cause them loss. The do’s and dont’s of the computer world often change, so you should be aware of the latest trends that can save you from a number of troubles. Hackers keep themselves aware of the latest security measures that computer users use to secure their data and they evolve their lethal weapons of hacking accordingly. So, it is necessary for you as well to have the latest happenings around.

Small businesses are usually short of resources that are necessary to secure their data. Small size firms are short of the much needed financial investment that is needed to take the help of a third party to secure their records. They do not have enough skilled personals that can protect their information against fierce threats. Moreover, the small businesses feel that they are not the ones that a group of cyber criminals can target. But, the reality is that e-crooks feel comfortable while attacking the small firms’ database. The reason that the hackers aim for the information of small firms is that they do not have the sophisticated security measures that are much needed in this era.
Small entrepreneurs are not aware of the fact that reliable security is definitely gettable without much of an investment. Using reliable data security software that can Password Protect Folders, it is necessary to set strong passwords as online criminals are astonishingly skillful in guessing passwords. Other than their natural capabilities, they use the latest software to crack passwords. A password should not be obvious as your name spell backwards, phone numbers or date of births. A password should be a complex combination of upper and lowercase letters along with numbers and symbols, the password should be tough to guess and easy to remember.
Companies should know the importance of data security and should educate their employees about it. There should be a written policy regarding data security and employees ought to be forced to follow them. Impose penalty on the workers if he or she is found guilty in leaking data. All the security policies have to be followed strictly as data is one of the precious assets that a business can have. An incident of data breach keeps you haunting for days, weeks, months or even years. The loss that you might face in the result of a data breach can be so heavy that you cannot even imagine.

Social media websites like linked in, facebook and twitter have gained popularity as a marketing tool amongst corporations – also they are an excellent means to stay in touch with clientele – as it seems that nearly the entire world is on facebook and twitter.
Contrary to what you may think, social media is not all about pictures, sharing, liking, or commenting – it’s more than that – it can contain unseen threats for your enterprise. For example, bad reviews from customers can damage your company’s reputation. Though, this is only one of many threats that are on social media websites. Following are the top 5 social media related hazards you need to watch out for.
Mobile applications:
Like most companies, it is probable that your senior employees have some company related data stored on their smart phones – if this is the case – this could be an issue.  Why so, you wonder? Well, naturally people love to download apps on their smart phones – we simply cannot resist the temptation to download that interesting game or that very popular productivity app on the play store. You may not know this, but many apps were found on the Google play store – just recently removed – of collecting user information. Thus, it is likely that your employees may be sharing your corporate data without their knowledge.
Phishing:
Whether it’s your friend telling you to visit this new website or a link you found interesting on twitter – you could be visiting a malicious website – and you may not even know about it. There are countless websites which are engineered to extract your information when you visit them. Thus, phishing really become a concern when an employee visits such websites from a work computer.
Social Engineering:
Social engineering is basically befriending an enemy without you ever knowing about it. For example, this “seemingly” very attractive girl adds you as a friend on facebook – like any man – you won’t hesitate to add her back. Now, imagine if that girl starts chatting with you within 5 minutes of you adding her. You must think she’s really interested in me – despite the fact that you are bald – and not to mention you weigh 200 pounds – yet still she’s crazy about you? Boy, you must feel like the luckiest man on earth – on the contrary – it would be more appropriate to classify yourself on the opposite end of the spectrum. That’s because, on the other end could possibly be a Nigerian man, trying scam you into revealing your personal information – perhaps even coaxing you into revealing confidential company related data. For example: the scammer on the other end may ask you about what are some of the secret projects your company is working on. Such information can be helpful and likely be sold to your competitor.
Employees:
Your may trust your employees, but even your most loyal employee could have a lapse in judgment – eventually turning against you. How you wonder? For once, he or she can disclose all your confidential company related information on social media – revealing all company confidential data to your competitors which could result in certain losses of company assets. Workers can also steal company related data from company servers; this is the reason why so many organizations protect their corporate data with software that can Password Protect Drive or drives contain such information.

Password Protect Folder

Running a small business is certainly no small job – especially if you don’t have expert help who can assist you in running your small business. In addition, it is likely that one of your biggest concerns is related to IT. However, whether or not you should upgrade to windows 8 may be not be a top IT related concern – you are more likely to be concerned about your small business data ending up in the hands of criminals such as data thieves and hackers. Devices such as laptops, smart phones and tablets are classified as one of the most stolen items, not just for their hardware value, but they are also valuable because of the data they contain within. Consequently, when you combine these factors with their compact size – making them easy to transport anywhere – it further increases the odds of these devices being lost or stolen.

According to data security analyst Ian Murphy, folks often neglect the security of their personal devices, as they view data security a non-issue – their justification is usually that they are extremely careful in keeping their devices secure from theft or loss. Commenting on this view, Murphy adds that: Contrary to what you may think, no matter how careful you are in securing your device, you are still human – and humans make mistakes. People often – at one point or another – forget their laptops, tablets or smart phones in their vehicles – in essence, creating opportunities for criminals and data thieves.  Murphy further adds, all it takes is one small mistake and all your business related data, such as trade secrets, HR related data such as employee social security numbers and financial data could be comprised – in turn becoming a major headache for new small business owners.
So how can small businesses protect themselves from such threats? According to Murphy, the answer is simple; all one has to do, is to set aside critical data into a separate secure drive. There is plenty of data security software which can Password Protect Folder or folders containing receptive data.  In addition, some software have built in encryption while others don’t – though Murphy emphasis that data cannot be fully secure without encryption – so it’s wiser to invest in software that capable of encrypting data.

Almost every company is threatened by the fear of data leakage when an employee leaves a company and moves on to another employer. Employees tend to carry data with them, some employees pass it on to the new employer to prove his loyalty, however, it's quite a lame way to prove loyalty. As the statistics suggest, more than 60 percent of the employees get fired or resigns a company to join a new one steal data of the previous employer. Out of these 60 percent, more than 65 percent of the employees that steal data hand it over to their new boss. If you are an entrepreneur, you should be ready to tackle such situation. Here are some tips to protect your data from unfaithful employees.
Know your employees well and keep them happy
The key factor to keep yourself secure from any sort of data leakage through employees is that you know which employee poses threat to your data security. You can make a fair estimate of an employee’s behavior, if he is satisfied with his job or boss, he will not be a big threat to your data security. However, a volatile employee or a worker that offers the list of customers or any other business secrets of the previous employee. You can expect the same treatment from that employee when he quits your company to join a new organization.
Set target
In order to maintain your data security, you need to first figure out which piece of information about your company is at risk of getting breached. Every piece of information is important for a company, but, there is data that needs to be secured the most, such as; list of customers, marketing strategies or financial information. When an employee leaves a company in fury or gets fired or he just wants to prove his loyalty to the new company in an unethical way, he may get his hands on the type of data mentioned above. Software that cans Password Protect Folder can help you in those scenarios.
Keep a keen eye on employees that are holding key positions
The employees that hold any key position can be the biggest threat to your company’s security. Key employees of every organization have the full knowledge of the companies’ most delicate secrets. That is why it is necessary to keep those employees happy and keep observing them. But, if you suspect those people, you may make those workers angry and this can harm your company.
When you fire a worker or an employee leaves the company in rage he may try to hurt your company. The best way that an employee can harm your company is by leaking your business secrets. That is why, when an employee is fired or quits your job, you need to make sure that he does not take away any sort of data that is related to your company. Take back your flash drives, cell phone or laptop if offered to him during the employment. If you are not sure of yourself, you can hire a forensic to check if he is carrying anything with him.

The most known threat for computer users is the threat of hackers. Hackers are considered to be the worst villain for a computer user; these online criminals steal the precious data of the users and sell it to others or use it to perform fraudulent activities. So what steps should a computer user take to keep his or her data safe against these fierce hackers?
Keep your data encrypt
Your may consist your financial documents, your social security number, your debit card and credit and credit number and other types of data that hackers are always searching for. This financial information can lead you towards a number of expansive frauds. Experts advise users to encrypt sensitive data otherwise it can harm them big time. Using software that can Password Protect Folder and encrypt data can help your cause. The strength of encryption is well known by hackers that sometimes they access the database and instead of stealing data, they just encrypt it and ask for ransom money.
Protect your Wifi connection
Unsecured Wifi connections are like invitation cards to hackers to steal your data. Cyber crooks drive down the whole city in search for unsecured or negligibly secured Wifi connections, they use the powerful antennas fitted in car to reach database through unsecured hotspot. This technique of hackers is known as War driving. So, it is very necessary for computer users to keep their Wifi connection perfectly protected.
Keep your hardware secure
Every year a number of laptops, tablets and smart phones get lost or stolen. It is one of the core sources of leaking data. When you protect your hardware diligently, it will definitely help you securing your data. Millions of records get compromised annually.
The above were some of the basic precautions that can protect you from expansive loss in shape of loss of data as well as financial assets.

A general perception of people about hackers is that they live in the remote areas of the world all alone. They just have a computer with some extraordinary configuration and some snacks to have while hacking. But, this concept is quite is not much close to the reality. Well, you want to know how hackers live or how they look like. Here is a brief description of them. You stop at the red light of a signal and a black Mercedes stop right beside you, the person driving is wearing Ray ban glasses, a Rolex watch and having a beautiful girlfriend. You may think that he is a successful businessman, but, actually he can be a lethal hacker.
Cyber criminals can work individually or may have a whole gang. Such a gang of online crooks got active in Seattle about three years ago and they caused the small and mid size business of the city a damage of about $3 million. They compromised the data of about 53 companies located in different areas of the city. Two of the affected companies told the media that they witnessed some financial transaction that they never intended to perform. One of the company informed that all the data of our employees and customers was stolen from our network and their network security plan on which they were relying for data security could not save them from the damage.
That company had some kind of network security plan and became a victim of data breach. As per Symantec and National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA) research, about 83 percent of small businesses have to formal network security plan; nearly 69 percent of small companies do not have even an informal network security plan. Interesting part is that more than 70 percent of the small scale firms based on daily basis internet operations. The basic thinking of small business entrepreneurs is that hackers only target big fishes and large scale firms face the threat of data breach. This misconception makes these small firms a low hanging fruit for the hackers that they can easily enjoy without much of a hard work and risk.
Hackers tend to target small businesses; this concept was proved by a research conducted by Symantec and National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA) in 2011. The research found out that small and mid-sized businesses suffered a loss of about $188,242 due to the hack attacks, which were almost two-thirds of the total loss suffered by the companies in result of hackers’ acts. In order to protect your data, use software that can Password Protect Folder so that even if a hacker makes his way to your database, he will not be able to steal your data. You should not only protect your information with proper data security plan, but, also take help from police or other relative authorities to help you and catch those cyber criminals. Data security is a growing concern and day by day these hackers are getting smarter and braver that is why you need to take proper steps to secure your data.

There are people in the world who call themselves fearless of anything and call themselves brave. But, the fact is that fear is not a bad emotion to have, it actually gives us protection from the threats surrounding us. Not every fear that a person feel is about some kind of threat, there can be some mental disorders that makes a person feel certain types of phobia. However, there are some fears that are found commonly in all human beings all around the world.
Fear of Death
Death is the ultimate fear of human kind or even in all the living organisms. Every person who is directly or indirectly have linked with computer technology must be aware with the fact that a data breach is a hazardous incident. But, no one has been able to estimate the perfect loss sustained by the victim. There have been several studies to approximate the cost of data breach. The most cited study regarding data breach has been done by the Ponemon Institute. As per the report of 2009-2011, the direct cost per breached record was 59 per data breach and the indirect cost per breached record was 135. The global payment faced a breach in March 2012 that leaked the record of 1.5 million card holders. Lately it was disclosed that some number of merchant accounts have also been affected, resulting a temporary removal from the PCI list. Although in the end of the day after facing all the trouble, they were able to continue their business as before.
Let’s discuss what is direct and indirect costs are and how we categorize the both costs?
The direct costs are the expanses that are made physically by the company. These expanses found a proper place after calculation in financial books. These costs include payment of insurance, expanses paid for data protection, payments to partner, expanses made filing suit or paying fines. There can be many other direct losses which are recorded as per actual figures not by estimation. The Global Payment expensed $92.7 million till now. Out of that $92.7 million, $20 million was recouped by insurance, $35.6 million were the charges from the cards, $77.1 million was spent on ID protection and there were some other direct cost included in the loss. So adding up and subtracting the costs, it turned out that the cost of direct loss was about $62 per record.
Indirect costs does not typically exist, they are an estimation of the future loss due to the loss of people’s trust, goodwill in the market and other things. The indirect cost does not find any real place in the financial records except the goodwill which is recorded with an estimated figure. A wise businessman will rate his goodwill in the market as the most precious asset.
A businessman does not know the importance of his records until he suffers a breach. The true value of the information is discovered in the black market. Data from a well to do company can be very handy for a rival company, the competitor can spend millions of Dollars to get the inside information of the company. Except the data leakage by mistake, the evil hackers can access your computer by malware viruses and links. An email containing links can show hackers the way to their data if they are clicked. An online hacking is difficult to tackle; however, one can make his/her data on their hard drives fully secure. Using software that can Password Protect File  can make all the records secure that he file contains.
